ADVERTISEMENT FOR ADMISSION INTO THE FEDERAL SCHOOL OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Applications are hereby invited from qualified candidates for admission into the above named School for the training programme leading to the award of professional Diploma in Occupational Therapy for 2024/2025 academic session.

  ENTRY QUALIFICATION    

Prospective candidates must possess a minimum entry qualification of Senior Secondar School Certificate(SSSCE) or its equivalent with five (5) credit passes at not more than two sittings in the following subjects:-

1. English language    2. Physics          3. Biology          4. Mathematics          5. Chemistry

  CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION     

1. Selection of candidates will be based on entrance examination and oral interview

2. Selected candidates will be required to pass stipulated medical examinations.

3. Interested candidate must be 16 years and above.

   METHOD OF APPLICATION     

Applications are to be made from 1st April, 2024.  Payment to Bank:

1. Log on to www.remita.net or click

2. Click on Biller & Purchase - Pay Billers

3. on MDA select Federal School of Occupational Therapy, Yaba.  Select Entrance Form for service/purpose

Type in the amount N20,000 (non refundable) Complete the rest of the page and generate RRR number for payment at any commercial bank

4. Collect a receipt titled e-invoice from Bank.

   Collection of Form:  

Bring the e-invoice to the Bursary Department of the School in exchange for receipt/form.
