THE FEDERAL SCHOOL OF OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY

Applications are hereby invited from qualified candidates for admission into the above named School for the training programme leading to the award of professional Diploma in Occupational Therapy for 2025/2026 academic session.

  ENTRY QUALIFICATION    

Candidate must possess a minimum score of 180 in the 2025 JAMB.

Prospective candidates must possess a minimum entry qualification of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSSCE) or its equivalent with five (5) credit passes at not more than two sittings in the following subjects:-

1. English language    2. Physics          3. Biology          4. Mathematics          5. Chemistry

  CONDITIONS FOR ENTRY     

1. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for screening exercise.

2. Selected candidates will be required to pass stipulated medical examinations.

3. Interested candidate must be 16 years and above.

   METHOD OF PAYMENT

3. on MDA select Federal School of Occupational Therapy, Yaba.  Select Entrance Form for service/purpose

Type in the amount N20,000 (non-refundable) Complete the rest of the page and generate RRR number for payment at any commercial bank

4. Collect a receipt titled e-invoice from Bank.

   Collection of Form:  

Bring the e-invoice to the Bursary Department of the School in exchange for receipt and admission form.
